Feudi di San Gregorio Rubrato is an Irpinia Aglianico DOC red wine from Campania, southern Italy, crafted by one of the region's most celebrated wineries. Made entirely from the Aglianico grape variety — a noble, ancient variety native to the volcanic soils of Irpinia — this wine expresses the authentic character of its terroir.

The wine presents an intense and lucid ruby red color. On the nose it recalls wild black fruit, licorice, and the underbrush, with notes of dark cherry and dried herbs. In the mouth it is balanced and structured, with firm but integrated tannins and a finish reminiscent of fresh fruit ending with a delicate balsamic note. It is aged approximately 8–10 months in stainless steel followed by a minimum of 6 months in bottle, preserving the freshness and varietal character of the Aglianico grape.

Pairs perfectly with roasted red and white meats, eggplant parmigiana, and rice sartù. Best served at 16–18°C (61–64°F).
