Made from pasteurized, rBST-free cows' milk, this buttery, luscious table cheese is infused with authentic Italian black truffles from Umbria, lending deep earthy, mushroomy flavor with notes of dried fruit and a hint of cocoa. Each wheel is aged a minimum of 90 days and finished with a wax rind, then sold by the pound as a random-weight wedge.

The TomaTruffle is a versatile cheese equally at home on a cheese board or melted into warm dishes.
