Each fillet is fully trimmed, boned, and skin-on for added moisture during cooking. The skin can be easily removed with a spatula after cooking.

The salmon can be prepared from frozen or thawed using multiple cooking methods. For oven baking at 375°F, cook thawed fillets for 15-18 minutes or frozen for 28-32 minutes. For grilling at medium-high heat (350-375°F), cook thawed fillets for 10-15 minutes or frozen for 20-25 minutes. Microwave instructions are also provided for quick preparation.
