Trenton Farms Nacho Cheese Sauce is a spicy, ready-to-serve cheese sauce made with 100% real cheese, yellow jalapeño peppers, and green chili pieces, packed in a bulk #10 can containing 106 oz (6 lb 10 oz). Unlike many canned competitors, Trenton Farms products are cooked before canning under pressure, which prevents scorching and boiling and eliminates any tinny or canned taste.

This versatile sauce is ideal for foodservice, catering, and large gatherings. Serve warm over tortilla chips for classic nachos, load it up with ground beef or pulled chicken, diced tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and sliced black olives, or pour it over grilled chicken as a zesty cheese sauce. The sauce can be heated in a heavy saucepan over medium heat for 15–18 minutes until the center reaches 160°F, in a steam jacketed kettle for 12–15 minutes, or in a steamer or microwave. Once heated, it delivers superior steam table holding time of up to 4 hours.

The #10 can is easy to stack and shelf stable for long-term storage. Refrigerate any unused portions after opening.
