Mountain High Low Fat Plain Yoghurt is a creamy, all-natural yogurt crafted using a traditional "cultured in the cup" process developed in Colorado in 1976. Made with only a few simple ingredients, the milk and live cultures are slowly fermented directly in the cup to produce a smooth and velvety texture that sets Mountain High apart from conventionally manufactured yogurts.
This plain yogurt contains no gelatin, artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, starches, or preservatives. The milk is sourced without rBST growth hormone treatment. The 64-ounce tub is certified gluten free and packed with billions of live and active cultures including S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, and L. casei, all of which support digestive health. Its mild, tangy flavor makes it versatile for eating on its own, blending into smoothies, using as a base for dips and dressings, or substituting for sour cream in recipes.
