Tolosa No Oak Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay white wine from California's Central Coast, crafted by Tolosa Winery, founded by vintner Robin Baggett in the Edna Valley. The winery specializes in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that reflect the region's unique coastal soils and maritime climate. Grapes for this wine are sourced from select vineyards in Southern Monterey County, benefiting from a consistent marine layer and afternoon Pacific winds that create ideal growing conditions.

The wine is fermented using multiple lots and yeast strains in stainless steel tanks and aged for five months on the lees without any oak contact or malolactic fermentation. This winemaking approach preserves the grape's bright natural acidity and fresh fruit character. On the nose, expect aromas of pear, ripe golden apple, and lemon bar with notes of lemon blossom. The palate is textural and creamy with a vivid mouthfeel, delivering flavors of lemon custard, Asian pear, and peach, finishing with clean, balanced acidity. Alcohol content is 14.1%.
