Oberon Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley is a crisp, expressive white wine crafted by winemaker Tony Coltrin. The wine combines fruit harvested at different ripeness levels to achieve bright natural acidity alongside layered fresh fruit flavors of green apple, tart kiwi, pear, and melon, with aromas of orange blossom, thistle flower, and white peach.

The winemaking process blends cold tank fermentation with 14% barrel fermentation to maximize fruit expression. Cold fermentation preserves the purity of fruit and aromatics, while barrel fermentation contributes a subtle creaminess and length. The 2022 vintage earned 90 points from Tasting Panel. Wine specs: 13.7% alcohol by volume, acidity of 6.2 g/L, pH 3.18. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ML.
