Dr Pepper Bag-in-Box (B.I.B.) is a 5-gallon soda syrup concentrate packaged in a flexible bag inside a sturdy box, designed for commercial and business use with soda fountain machines. The box can sit in any position, allowing every last drop of syrup to be used. It is compatible with both Coke and Pepsi fountain machines, connecting via an Encore screw-on connector or a QCD-II clip-on connector.

To prepare fountain drinks, mix the syrup with carbonated water at a ratio of 5:1 (five parts carbonated water for every one part syrup). This 5-gallon bag yields approximately 30 gallons of finished beverage, or around 320 twelve-ounce servings. The syrup may also be used with consumer soda systems such as SodaStream when paired with a Dr Pepper BiB tap valve or adapter.

Syrup does not require refrigeration but should be stored in a cool, dry place ideally between 40 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit. The product is caffeinated and Kosher certified.
