Sourced from prime vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek, two of South Australia's most prestigious growing regions, The Boxer is barrel-aged in 100% American oak — 42% new, 42% one-year-old, and 16% two-year-old barrels. This careful aging imparts layers of complexity while preserving the wine's vibrant fruit character. The wine carries 16% alcohol by volume and delivers rich aromatics of fresh plum, mocha, dark chocolate, licorice, and blue flowers.

On the palate, this Shiraz is plush and polished, with a soft, plummy mouthfeel and well-measured tannins. Flavors of maraschino cherry, milk chocolate, raspberry preserves, cinnamon, and spicy tobacco lead to a long, creamy finish with hints of toasted herbs.
