Rogue Creamery Bluehorn is a certified USDA Organic, cave-aged blue cheese handmade in Central Point, Oregon since 1933. Each wheel is soaked in an organic red wine blend, giving the cheese its distinctive berry-forward flavor profile and a subtle rose blush on the rind. Bluehorn was honored with a Super Gold medal at the 2022 World Cheese Awards, placing it among the top cheeses in the world.

Made with certified organic pasteurized whole cow's milk, the cheese offers a rich, buttery, and smooth texture with tasting notes of currant, blackberry, blueberry, and brown butter, alongside a moderate blue cheese character. Cave-aged a minimum of 90 days, it is vegetarian-friendly, gluten-free, and made with rBST-free milk. Each piece is approximately 0.63 lbs and is sold by the pound as a random-weight item.
