Pine Ridge Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an acclaimed red wine from one of Napa Valley's most respected estates, founded in 1978. Sold in a case of six 750ml bottles, this wine is crafted from estate fruit sourced across five of Napa Valley's premier appellations: Stags Leap, Howell Mountain, Oakville, Rutherford, and Carneros, with a strong focus on the winery's home in the Stags Leap District.

Grapes are hand-picked at night and carefully sorted in the vineyard before being de-stemmed in the cellar. Following a cold soak, high-temperature fermentation maximizes flavor and color extraction. The wine is then aged for 18 months in a combination of 35% new French oak, 15% new American oak, and 50% neutral French oak barrels, resulting in a rich, balanced profile with depth and elegance.

The wine opens with seductive aromas of Hungarian baking spice, blueberry bramble, and maraschino cherry. Cocoa nib threads through a plush palate of blackberry, mandarin, and slate, while bright acidity lifts the flavors and polished tannins extend the finish.
