Freemark Abbey Napa Valley Chardonnay is an elegant white wine sourced from cool-climate vineyard sites near the San Francisco Bay in Carneros (60%) and Coombsville (40%), two of Napa Valley's most distinguished sub-appellations. The wine is barrel fermented in 43% new French oak with partial malolactic fermentation, resulting in a wine of impressive richness and complexity.

On the nose, the wine offers aromas of Honeycrisp apple, brioche, white flowers, and Meyer lemon zest alongside honeyed tangerine and exotic florals. The palate is full and creamy with vibrant acidity, delivering flavors of Anjou pear, tropical fruits, hazelnut, vanilla, and baking spice. The oak integration adds nuanced notes of buttered toast and soft vanilla without overpowering the fruit.

This wine has received outstanding critical acclaim: 93 Points from James Suckling ("very aromatic and bright with a creamy texture and long, flavorful finish"), 92 Points from Jeb Dunnuck, and 91 Points from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, lobster, seafood pasta, and creamy sauces, or can be enjoyed on its own. Each bottle contains 750ml at 14.3% ABV.
