Paul Hobbs Crossbarn Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Crossbarn is the second label of acclaimed winemaker Paul Hobbs, offering a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon blended primarily with cabernet sauvignon and a small portion of merlot. The wine is hand-harvested at night, fermented with native yeast, and aged approximately 18 months in French oak barrels before bottling unfined.

The wine displays a deep garnet hue with aromas of mulberry, blackberry, graphite, tobacco leaf, and espresso bean. On the palate it is plush and richly textured, showing cassis and black plum alongside notes of toffee and cacao nibs, with well-integrated tannins and focused acidity leading to a refined finish.

Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ML.
