Premium USDA Prime bone-in rib steak, representing the top tier of beef quality. USDA Prime is the highest grade recognized by the United States Department of Agriculture, with only 5-6% of all beef qualifying for this designation. This cut features exceptional marbling throughout, delivering outstanding tenderness, juiciness, and rich beef flavor.
The bone-in presentation helps the steak maintain its shape during cooking while adding depth of flavor. The meat near the bone cooks 5-10 degrees cooler than the rest of the steak, resulting in extra juicy and tender portions. The ribeye section is known for its generous intramuscular fat content, making it one of the most flavorful cuts available.
Best prepared medium-rare to medium (internal temperature of 130-140°F) to allow the marbling to properly render and distribute throughout the steak.
