The Alera ALESW504818BA is a 48" wide by 18" deep wire shelving unit finished in silver (brushed aluminum). Built with strong welded steel wire construction, it provides exceptional strength and stability for home, business, garage, or commercial use, including NSF-certified dry storage environments.
The no-tools snap-together design assembles in minutes, and shelves adjust in 1-inch increments to create customized storage configurations. The open wire design promotes air circulation and minimizes dust build-up, making it well-suited for pantries, warehouses, and commercial kitchens. Each shelf holds up to 1,250 lbs. when weight is evenly distributed.
The unit includes 4 shelves, 4 posts, 4 leveling glide feet, and a conversion kit for a 2-tier rack configuration. Meets ANSI/BIFMA standards and is NSF food equipment certified for dry storage.
