Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs is a celebrated American sparkling wine produced by Schramsberg Vineyards on their historic Diamond Mountain District estate in Napa Valley. Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from over 120 cool-climate vineyard sites across Carneros, Marin, Mendocino, and Sonoma, this wine is crafted in the traditional méthode champenoise style with a second fermentation in the bottle. Approximately 25 percent of the juice is fermented in French oak barrels to develop added richness and complexity. The wine then ages on its yeast lees for approximately two years before disgorgement, building characteristic depth and a fine, persistent mousse.

First produced in 1965 by founders Jack and Jamie Davies, Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs holds the distinction of being America's first commercially produced Chardonnay-based brut sparkling wine. The wine gained worldwide recognition in 1972 when President Richard Nixon chose it for the historic "Toast to Peace" dinner in Beijing, China. The Schramsberg estate, now led by Hugh Davies, is a registered California historic landmark with hand-dug caves dating to the 1880s used for cellaring and hand-riddling the bottles.

On the nose, the wine delivers vibrant aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and fresh-baked brioche. The palate offers bright flavors of pear, citrus, and almond, supported by a refreshing minerality and a clean, dry finish at 12.6% ABV.
