These premium scallops are sourced from the North Atlantic fishery along the U.S. and Canadian coastlines. The Atlantic sea scallop (Placopecten magellanicus) is harvested from a highly regulated, sustainably managed wild fishery recognized as one of the world's most valuable. U-10 scallops require over 10 years to reach full size, resulting in a large, tender adductor muscle with a naturally sweet, mild ocean flavor and firm white texture.
