Salmon Run Chardonnay is a crisp, unoaked white wine from the Finger Lakes region of New York, produced by Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery in Hammondsport, NY. The Salmon Run label was founded in 1993 by Fred Frank, the third-generation owner of Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, with the goal of offering approachable, food-friendly Finger Lakes wines at an accessible price point.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes sourced from local Finger Lakes growers and younger estate vines. The juice is cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve delicate fruit aromas, then aged in stainless steel through the following spring before bottling — no oak is used. The result is a dry, fresh, and fruit-forward style with aromas and flavors of ripe apple, apricot, peach, and tropical fruits, balanced by bright citrus acidity and a clean mineral finish. Alcohol content is approximately 12%.
