Eberle Winery Zinfandel Paso Robles is a red wine produced by one of the pioneer wineries in Paso Robles, California, founded by Gary Eberle in 1983. This Zinfandel showcases the bold, fruit-forward character that Paso Robles is renowned for, with the warm inland climate lending itself to rich, ripe Zinfandel grapes.
The wine typically presents deep ruby-red color with aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and black cherry, complemented by hints of black pepper, vanilla, and spice. On the palate, it delivers full-bodied flavors of jammy dark fruit, a touch of toasted oak, and a warm, lingering finish characteristic of the Paso Robles appellation. It pairs well with grilled meats, barbecue, pizza, and aged cheeses.
