Wild-caught Florida stone crab claws, pre-cooked and previously frozen for convenience. Stone crab is one of the most sustainable seafood options available, as only the claws are harvested and the crabs are released back into the wild to regenerate new claws.
Stone crab meat is prized for its naturally sweet, delicate flavor and tender texture. These claws are ready to serve chilled with classic mustard sauce, cocktail sauce, or melted butter. They also pair beautifully with citrus vinaigrette, avocado salads, or can be folded into bisques and risottos for warm preparations. Recommended serving size is approximately 1.5 pounds per person as an entrée or 1 pound as an appetizer.
Stone crab claws are an excellent source of lean protein with minimal fat and zero carbohydrates, making them ideal for low-carb and keto diets. A 3-ounce serving provides approximately 60-80 calories and 17-20 grams of protein. The meat is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, zinc, copper, and vitamin B12, supporting heart health, immune function, and brain health. Stone crab also contains lower mercury levels compared to many other seafood options.
