This product compares to the active ingredient in Extra Strength Tylenol and temporarily relieves minor aches and pains due to the common cold, headache, backache, minor pain of arthritis, toothache, muscular aches, and premenstrual and menstrual cramps.

The package contains 2 bottles with 500 caplets each, totaling 1,000 caplets. These caplets are easy to swallow, aspirin-free, caffeine-free, and gluten-free. Acetaminophen relieves pain by affecting the area of the brain that receives pain signals. Kirkland Signature over-the-counter medications are generic versions of their national brand counterparts and are subject to the same FDA manufacturing standards as leading national brands.

Adults and children 12 years and over should take 2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms last, not exceeding 6 caplets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. This product should not be used with other medicines containing acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than 4,000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, or 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily while using this product.
