Ferrari-Carano Merlot Sonoma County is a medium-bodied red wine crafted from select vineyards in Sonoma County, California. Founded by Don and Rhonda Carano in 1981, Ferrari-Carano has earned a reputation for Sonoma County winemaking excellence, producing sustainably-made wines from their estate in the picturesque Dry Creek Valley.

This Merlot displays inviting aromas of maple, dried cherry, violet, and mocha. On the palate it is velvety smooth with notes of cherry pie, cola, and toasty allspice on the finish. The 2022 vintage is composed of 76% Merlot and 24% Syrah, with an alcohol content of 14.8% and an acidity of 6.0 g/L. The wine is aged 20 months in barrel caves, allowing for a refined balance of fruit, tannin, and oak.
