Alto Moncayo Aquilon is a premium Garnacha (Grenache) red wine from the Campo de Borja appellation in Aragon, Spain. Crafted from 60 to 100-year-old bush-trained vines, this wine represents the pinnacle of the Alto Moncayo portfolio, selecting only the best areas and finest barrels. The wine is aged for 24 months in new oak barrels, resulting in a powerful yet elegant expression.

The wine offers bold aromas of purple plum, black tea, olive paste, and fennel pollen, with menthol and balsamic notes. On the palate, expect full-bodied flavors of cassis, blackberry, aniseed, and mocha, complemented by dark chocolate, licorice, espresso, and earthy undertones of fern, moss, smoke, and iron.
