Kirkland Signature Stuffed Wild Sockeye Salmon is a fresh, ready-to-cook product available from Costco's seafood counter, sold by the pound. It features wild-caught sockeye salmon filled with a creamy seafood stuffing made from imitation crabmeat, shrimp, Monterey Jack cheese, rice, and a blend of seasonings including onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic. Each portion comes with a disposable aluminum foil baking pan included for convenient oven preparation.

To cook, preheat the oven to 350°F, remove the plastic lid and all labels, and bake in the included aluminum pan for 25 to 30 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). It can also be prepared on a grill over medium heat with the lid closed for 20 to 25 minutes. This product is made from a combination of fresh and frozen portions and should not be refrozen in its uncooked state.
