The wine opens with aromas of wild berries, cola, and caramel, then transitions to silky flavors of plum, mocha, vanilla, cedar, and black cassis on the palate, culminating in a long, expressive finish. Hand-harvested grapes are sorted, destemmed, and cold soaked for three days before fermentation with twice-daily pump overs.
