Fra'Mani Diestel Brined and Seasoned Whole Turkey is a premium range-grown turkey from the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California. This collaboration between Diestel Family Ranch and Fra'Mani curemaster Chef Paul Bertolli delivers an oven-ready turkey that has been brined and rubbed with aromatic herbs and spices including paprika, anise, garlic, sage, rosemary, onion powder, and red pepper.

The turkey is raised without antibiotics, growth enhancers, or animal by-products and fed a 100% vegetarian diet enhanced with vitamins and minerals. It is certified humane and Global Animal Partnership (GAP) Step Rated. The turkey contains no gluten, dairy, artificial ingredients, preservatives, fillers, hormones, caesin, carrageenan, phosphates, or MSG.

The brining process adds 14% brine solution to ensure a moist and flavorful bird. Giblets are not included. The turkey arrives deep-chilled and should be used within 3-5 days of delivery or can be frozen for up to a year. Typical cooking time is approximately 12-14 minutes per pound at 325-350°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
