The wine is 100% barrel fermented with 50% malolactic fermentation, striking a beautifully balanced style that bridges buttery richness and bright acidity. Subtle toasty, flinty, and creamy aromas lift from the glass with a white Burgundy character, giving way to luscious concentrated poached pear, hazelnut, and butter flavors on the palate. Bright citrus acidity, dried pineapple, and apple notes provide freshness alongside soft oak nuances and a touch of minerality, all leading to a long, lingering finish.
