Cambria Benchbreak Katherine's Chardonnay is a single-vineyard expression from the fog-swept vines of California's Santa Maria Valley in Santa Barbara County. Named after proprietor Katie Jackson, the Katherine's Vineyard was planted in 1986 within ancient soils of fossilized seashells, shale, limestone, and sand. The vineyard is shaped by the region's signature "refrigerated sunshine" — a unique combination of ocean influence, warm sun, and cool coastal breezes that define the Santa Maria Valley appellation.

This 100% Chardonnay is fermented in both stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, preserving fresh fruit aromatics while adding texture and complexity. The wine opens with lively aromas of fruit and oak spice. On the palate, flavors of citrus, pineapple, white peach, and apple carry through the mid-palate, accented by notes of lemon zest, vanilla, and crème brûlée, and leading into a fresh, crisp, and clean finish.
