Kirkland Signature Fresh Stuffed Salmon is a convenient, oven-ready meal from Costco's fresh seafood counter. Each boneless, skinless farmed Atlantic salmon fillet is generously filled with a savory seafood stuffing made from imitation crab (Alaska pollock-based), real shrimp, real crabmeat, and lobster, combined with sautéed onions and a seasoned blend of cream, milk, and spices. The product comes pre-assembled in an oven-safe baking pan complete with a lid, so no additional cookware is needed.
To prepare fresh, simply remove the lid and bake uncovered at 350°F (177°C) for 30–35 minutes, placing the dish on an oven rack one-third down from the top, until the stuffing reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). From frozen, bake covered with foil at 425°F for approximately 45 minutes. The salmon can also be cooked in an air fryer at 350°F for 15–20 minutes. Each package typically weighs around 3 pounds and serves approximately 4 people. The salmon is garnished with parsley and pairs well with lemon wedges and vegetable sides.
The stuffing contains wheat flour, imitation crab, shrimp, lobster, milk, cream, and pasteurized egg. Allergens include fish, shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster), wheat, milk, egg, and soy.
