Les Fumées Blanches is a premium French Sauvignon Blanc crafted by François Lurton, a fourth-generation winemaker from the renowned Lurton family of Bordeaux. The wine blends grapes sourced from three acclaimed French terroirs — Gascony, Loire Valley, and Languedoc — each contributing distinct characteristics: minerality from Loire, full-bodied fruit expression from Languedoc, and aromatic thiols from Gascony's southwest vineyards near Armagnac country.

Grapes are harvested by machine between 4 AM and 9 AM to preserve freshness and limit oxidation. The winemaking process involves maceration on the skins for 8–12 hours, cold stabilization at 8–10°C, pneumatic pressing, and fermentation at 16–18°C with selected yeasts to reveal the full varietal character of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several weeks before blending and bottled with careful protection from oxygen throughout.

The wine pours a light yellow with hints of green. On the nose, vibrant citrus aromas of lemon and lime lead, joined by exotic fruit notes of pineapple and passion fruit, layered with mineral, chalky, and smoky nuances. The palate is elegant, lively, and well-balanced, finishing with a lingering citrus zest and mineral quality. Pairs well with seafood, appetizers, and light dishes.

Awarded the Médaille d'Or at the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon Blanc (2018), the Médaille d'Or at the Concours Gilbert & Gaillard (2017), Best Value at the Vinordic Wine Challenge (2014), and received 86-point ratings from both Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast.
