DeLille Cellars Chaleur Blanc is a refined Bordeaux-style white wine blend sourced from premier vineyards across Washington State's Columbia Valley. The wine is a classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, two grape varieties that have long defined the great white wines of Bordeaux.

On the nose, the wine opens with vibrant notes of gooseberry, ripe papaya, mango, green apple, apricot, and white flowers, accented by buttered brioche and lemon zest. The palate is soft and beautifully textured, balancing bright, piercing acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc with the lanolin-like creaminess and weight characteristic of Semillon. Flavors of lemon brioche, peach-infused mascarpone, and white grapefruit blossom carry through to a long, mineral finish.

Crafted by DeLille Cellars, one of Washington State's most celebrated producers, Chaleur Blanc is widely regarded as one of the finest Bordeaux Blanc-style wines produced outside of Bordeaux itself. The wine offers excellent aging potential and can develop beautifully over eight to ten years from vintage.
