Saviah Cellars The Jack Red Wine is a Columbia Valley red blend crafted from handpicked, hand-sorted grapes sourced from premier vineyards across Washington's Walla Walla Valley and Columbia Valley, including Stillwater Creek, Pepper Bridge, and Andrews Vineyards. Named in honor of the winery founder's great grandfather, The Jack series is known for delivering exceptional quality at an outstanding value.

The 2023 vintage is composed of 77% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec, and 7% Petit Verdot, with 14.5% alcohol. Fermented in small open-top stainless steel fermenters with twice-daily hand punch-downs, the wine was aged in French oak barrels with 25% new oak. It offers rich aromas and flavors of perfectly ripe black cherries, plum, marionberry, star anise, and mocha, with a silky texture, well-balanced acidity, and delicate tannins.

The 2023 vintage received 91 points from Owen Bargreen, Sean Sullivan, and Paul Gregutt. Production was 6,360 cases.
