Purple Passion Fruit Vine 3.5 Gallon / 13.1L

This Purple Passion Fruit Vine (Passiflora edulis) is a vigorous, fast-growing tropical vine sold in an 11-inch container (3.5 gallon / 13.1 liter pot). It produces striking, intricate purple-and-white blooms that are beloved by pollinators, followed by deep purple passion fruits with sweet-tart, aromatic pulp. The vine climbs readily using tendrils and can reach 15–20 feet or more in a single season under favorable conditions.

Passion fruit vines thrive in full sun and well-drained soil. They are best suited to USDA hardiness zones 9–11 and can be grown in containers in cooler climates and brought indoors during frost. A sturdy trellis, fence, or arbor is recommended to support mature growth. Regular watering and occasional fertilization during the growing season encourage prolific fruiting, which typically begins in the first or second year.
