Schug Winery's Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma Valley is a supple, generous red wine crafted in the classic Bordeaux style pioneered by founder Walter Schug in the 1970s. Each case contains 12 bottles of 750ml.

The wine opens with a fragrant bouquet of berries, cassis, pine, and cedar. On the palate, ripe currant and black cherry flavors are framed by fine, well-integrated tannins and a touch of spicy oak, with accents of rosemary and mint lending complexity. The finish is clean and balanced, with the structure to evolve gracefully over the next five to seven years.

This Cabernet pairs superbly with hearty stews, wild mushrooms, and grilled meats.
