Each 2-pound bag contains approximately 5 portions of wild-caught Pacific cod sourced from Alaskan waters. The fillets are flash-frozen to preserve quality and can be prepared by baking, grilling, or sautéing. For best results, remove from vacuum packaging and thaw under refrigeration for 8 to 10 hours before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to use and do not refreeze once thawed.
