BelGioioso American Grana is a premium Parmesan-style hard cheese crafted by Master Cheesemakers using fresh cow's milk gathered daily from local Wisconsin farmers. Sold by the pound with an average wheel quarter weight of approximately 16 pounds, this is the same high-quality cheese available at Costco's deli counter as a random-weight item.

Each wheel is aged a minimum of 18 months on wooden shelves in special aging caves, with each wheel hand-turned throughout the process to develop its signature deep, nutty flavor and granular texture. Made exclusively by BelGioioso, American Grana is crafted from rBST-free cow's milk with simple ingredients: cultured milk, enzymes, and salt.
