Kirkland Signature Fresh Wild Ahi Tuna is a premium, wild-caught yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) sourced from the Philippines and processed in the United States. Each package contains approximately 2 pounds of fresh, sushi-grade tuna steaks, sold by the pound.

The tuna steaks are ideal for searing, grilling, or enjoying raw in sushi and poke bowls. For cooked preparations, the recommended minimum internal temperature is 145°F. The fresh steaks have a deep red color and firm texture characteristic of high-quality ahi tuna.

Since the tuna is sold fresh and has not been previously frozen, it can be frozen at home for longer storage. The sell-by date is typically about 3 days after the pack date. Keep refrigerated at 32-38°F until ready to use.
