Each fillet weighs 2 to 3 ounces, and the 2.5-pound box contains approximately 16 servings. Free of artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, these fillets deliver a made-from-scratch taste and appearance.

Certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), these cod fillets can be prepared straight from frozen by deep frying at 350°F for 3.5 to 5 minutes. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
