Les Légendes R Bordeaux Blanc is a white Bordeaux wine crafted by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite), a prestigious family winemaking estate with roots in Bordeaux dating back to 1868. The Légendes R range was created in 1999 to offer wine lovers an accessible expression of the great Bordeaux appellations.

This Bordeaux Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, with the Sémillon percentage reflecting DBR Lafite's signature expertise developed through decades of producing great Sémillons in Sauternes. Grapes are harvested before sunrise to preserve their delicate aromas. The wine is aged on lees, which contributes roundness and mouthfeel while maintaining cellaring potential.

On the nose, the wine delivers an aromatic combination of tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passion fruit alongside delicate mineral notes. The palate is fresh and crisp with a clean, balanced finish. It pairs especially well with seafood, shellfish, and lighter fare.
