Black Velvet Canadian Whisky is a smooth, light-bodied blended Canadian whisky produced in Lethbridge, Alberta. Made from a majority corn mashbill with rye and malted barley, it uses crystal clear Canadian waters and undergoes a unique "blending at birth" process where base whisky is blended with rye flavoring whisky aged two to six years.

The whisky is aged for a minimum of three years in previously used bourbon barrels, developing its characteristic smoothness and balanced flavor profile. It features notes of brown butter, roasted nuts, light caramel, vanilla, coconut, and subtle spice with a hint of rye character. The finish is clean with a dusty peppery fade.
