The Gourmia Automatic Soft Serve Ice Cream & Frozen Drink Maker (model GSI1020) lets you make a variety of frozen treats at home with six one-touch presets: soft serve, slush, spiked, milkshake, frappe, and sorbet. With a 2-quart capacity, it can produce desserts in as little as 30 minutes.

Unlike traditional ice cream makers, this machine features a built-in cooling system that eliminates the need to pre-freeze a bowl ahead of time. Texture Control lets you customize the consistency to your preference, and the Keep Cold function maintains your desired texture for up to 3 hours so treats are ready whenever you need them.

The machine includes a topping dispenser for adding your favorite toppings and a topping warmer cup for drizzling hot fudge or other warm sauces. A cone holder keeps cones accessible and upright. Cleanup is easy thanks to a self-clean cycle and fully removable parts, including a removable drip tray.
