Crafted from Koshihikari rice polished to 70% (seimaibuai), it delivers an approachable and versatile drinking experience suited for everyday enjoyment. The nose opens with aromas of white grape, anise, and a subtle hint of sweet rice. On the palate, citrus and white pepper flavors emerge alongside fresh herbal undertones, finishing long and clean.
