Emblem Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium Napa Valley red wine from the Michael Mondavi Family, sourced from the acclaimed Rutherford AVA — one of Napa Valley's most celebrated sub-appellations, renowned for producing Cabernet Sauvignon of exceptional depth and the characteristic "Rutherford dust" earthiness on the finish.

The wine pours a brilliant ruby red with hints of purple at the core. Concentrated aromas of plum, blackberry, cassis, and anise lead to a palate that is firm and layered, with flavors of dark red fruit, coffee bean, and toasty oak from French oak barrel aging. The blend is thoughtfully sculpted with Petite Sirah to lift the aromatics and add plushness, and Petit Verdot for additional structure and floral complexity. Tannins are well-integrated and the finish is long and lingering.

The wine is hand-harvested and hand-sorted before fermentation. After approximately 14 days of skin contact to naturally extract color, flavor, and aroma, the wine is transferred to small French oak barrels for aging. The Michael Mondavi Family vineyards are certified Napa Valley Green and Fish Friendly, reflecting a generational commitment to sustainable farming. The wine drinks beautifully upon release and has the structure to cellar for 5–10 years. ABV approximately 13.8–14.8%. Sold as a case of 12 bottles.
