Chateau Ste. Michelle Indian Wells Chardonnay is a Washington State white wine sourced from Columbia Valley grapes, sold as a case of 12 bottles at 750ml each. The wine is specially selected and carefully aged to balance tropical fruit and creamy butterscotch flavors with a hint of toasted oak.
The blend is 99% Chardonnay and 1% Muscat Canelli. Winemaking involves 98% sur lie aging for 7 to 9 months in a combination of one-year-old French and American oak, neutral oak, and stainless steel. The wine has a titratable acidity of 0.56g/100mL, a pH of 3.53, and an alcohol content of 14.0%. It pairs well with salmon, fresh crab, pork, poultry, and dishes with lemon and fresh herbs.
