World Centric compostable bowl lids are designed to fit standard 12 to 32 oz takeout paper bowls, providing a sustainable cover for soups, salads, grains, and other prepared foods. Made from PLA (polylactic acid), a bio-based material derived from plant sugars, these white lids offer an eco-friendly alternative to conventional petroleum-based plastic lids.

Each lid measures approximately 4.6 by 4.6 inches and is suitable for both warm and cold food items, with heat resistance up to 200°F. They are not microwavable. These lids meet ASTM standards for industrial composting and are certified compostable where commercial composting facilities are available; they are not suitable for backyard composting.
