Kirkland Signature St. Louis-style pork ribs are pre-cooked and seasoned with a balanced dry rub blend of spices, brown sugar, and seasonings. These ribs feature tender, meaty St. Louis-cut spare ribs with a flavorful, salty seasoning profile and a hint of smoke. The meat is very tender and falls off the bone easily when heated. Sold by the pound in the refrigerated deli section, these ribs come with two containers of sweet barbecue sauce with a touch of heat.
These ribs can be heated in the oven (25 minutes at 350°F, then 15 minutes at 425°F), grilled, or finished on high heat for caramelization. For best results using the 3-2-1 smoking method: smoke for 3 hours at 225-250°F, wrap in foil for 2 hours to retain moisture, then finish unwrapped for 1 hour at 375-400°F with barbecue sauce until the internal temperature reaches 190°F. Can also be prepared in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours on low, then finished on the grill for a crispy glaze.
