Premium American Wagyu boneless ribeye steak sold by the pound. American Wagyu is a crossbreed between Japanese Wagyu cattle and Black Angus, combining the buttery tenderness and exceptional marbling of pure Japanese Wagyu genetics with the robust beefy flavor of Certified Black Angus. The cattle are humanely raised on small family ranches, live on pasture, never receive antibiotics or hormones, and are finished in the traditional Japanese way with incremental amounts of grain that encourage the natural propensity for exquisite and abundant marbling.
This premium cut features a soft, buttery texture and mouthwatering flavor with significantly more marbling than conventional USDA Choice or Prime beef.
