Domaine Bousquet Organic Malbec is a certified organic red wine from the Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina, crafted by the Bousquet family who relocated from southern France to Argentina in 1998 after discovering the exceptional high-altitude terroir. The vineyard is situated in Tupungato at an elevation of approximately 1,200 meters, where cooler temperatures and well-drained soils produce concentrated, expressive fruit.

This Malbec displays a deep violet color with aromas of blackberry, currant, and plum. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with ripe dark fruit flavors of plum and blackberry accented by notes of red licorice, pepper, and baking spice. The finish is lingering and smooth. It has earned 90 points from Wine Spectator and scores in the high-80s to low-90s range across major critics. The wine is made from organically grown grapes with no synthetic pesticides or herbicides used in the vineyard.
