This all-natural cut contains no artificial ingredients and is minimally processed, enhanced with up to 10% of a solution containing pork broth, salt, and natural flavor to keep the meat extremely juicy and flavorful during cooking.

Each rack weighs approximately 5-6 pounds and features eight bones, yielding about eight generous servings when carved. The roast has a thin fat cap on one side that renders beautifully while cooking. The meat delivers 23 grams of protein per serving and is ideal for roasting in the oven at 325-350°F for approximately 20 minutes per pound, or slow smoking on a pellet grill at 225°F for about 2.5 hours.
