JUSTIN Isosceles is the flagship wine from JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, crafted in the tradition of classic Left Bank Bordeaux blends from Paso Robles, California. This magnum-format 1.5-liter bottle offers the same benchmark quality as the 750ml, making it ideal for entertaining or cellaring. The blend is composed of approximately 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Merlot, with the varietal composition varying slightly by vintage.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks with twice-daily pump-overs to extract maximum flavor and color, then aged for 21 months in 100% new French oak barrels. The result is a bold, full-bodied red with polished tannins and refined structure. On the nose it displays ripe cherry, black currant, cedar, pipe tobacco, vanilla bean, and warm baking spice. The palate follows with crème de cassis, black cherry jam, licorice, cedar, tobacco leaf, and leather on a long, complex finish.
